At the helm is Walt Rudolph, SPC, the President & CEO, whose vision and expertise are at the core of our company.

The Rudolph Company began as a vision to revolutionize the electrical construction, maintenance, and inspection industry. Established in 2023, our company is driven by a mission to deliver top-notch services while maintaining the highest standards of safety and excellence. With over 120 years of combined industry experience, our team, including key figures like Bob Hobbs, Executive Vice-President of Operations, and James Clark, Construction Manager, brings a wealth of knowledge and a diverse skill set to each project.

Walt Rudolph, the founder of The Rudolph Company, combines his expertise in business development and finance to drive the company's growth. Bob Hobbs
Bob Hobbs brings extensive operational expertise to The Rudolph Company as the Executive Vice-President of Operations. His strategic planning and management skills are integral to maintaining efficient operations and delivering exceptional results, guiding the company toward its goals with a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
James Clark
James Clark, serving as the Construction Manager, is pivotal in managing and supervising the company's construction projects. His responsibilities include coordinating teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, ensuring each project's precision and excellence.
Kevin Dutton
Kevin Dutton, with over 20 years in the industry, is a veteran in stormwater control and major electrical projects. He's managed the largest substation upgrade in Gulf Power history and led numerous projects, including a significant 70-mile rebuild, while managing large teams. His expertise, honed at companies like Coastal Electrical Construction and FPL/Gulf Power, makes him a key player in The Rudolph Company’s success.
